Outcome-Based Thinking (OBT)

Outcome-Based Thinking focuses on the end results or goals, such as improving, increasing, or reducing something specific like satisfaction, efficiency, or engagement. It asks, “What do we want to achieve?”

Task-Based Thinking (TBT)

Task-Based Thinking  centers on the actions or tasks to be completed, like preparing, organizing, conducting, or developing something. It’s more about listing what needs to be done without necessarily linking it directly to a specific outcome.
